Unlocking New Opportunities in Waste Management

Cleanaway Operations Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our sales team based in Malaga, WA. As a fast-paced and rewarding opportunity, you will be responsible for hunting and securing new business opportunities across small to medium enterprises.

About the Role

This exciting position provides a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the waste management industry and develop your skills further. You will be assigned a geographical area and report directly to the Field Sales Manager. Your primary objective will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, ensuring long-term growth and profitability of the division by building relationships with key clients and generating new business.

  • Submit quotes and follow up on leads to close sales
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
  • Meet sales targets in accordance with business metrics and targets
Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have a passion for business development with solutions sales experience generating new business. Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in a structured sales or business development environment, with previous experience using a Customer Relationship Management tool such as Salesforce preferred.

What We Offer
