Ebury is a pioneering FinTech firm in the European market, recognized for its innovative approach to financial services.

The company offers a diverse range of products including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments and API integration.

We are seeking an experienced Senior FX Product Strategist to join our team in Malaga, Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product strategies for FX Risk Management, focusing on subdomains such as MiFID entity, Derivatives, and new FX Products.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of new initiatives within FX Risk Management, identifying opportunities for improvement in current features and processes.
  • Stay informed about market, industry, and regulatory trends in FX Risk Management and Fintech, utilizing this knowledge to guide Ebury's product decisions.
  • Support commercialization efforts, including proposition development, business case formulation, stakeholder training, and marketing collateral creation.
  • Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product initiatives, making data-driven decisions based on results.
  • Communicate product performance against KPIs to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of stakeholder needs and behaviors to design successful product outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Data, and other stakeholders to define requirements, processes, epics, and user stories.

About the Role:

  • You will have a strong client focus, making decisions informed by client feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), enabling clear communication of product needs and requirements to leadership, business, and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in product and execution, either in corporate or startups.
  • Experience in a consulting or project management role, or experience in a high-growth fintech, neobank, or FX firm.
  • Understanding of derivatives and structured products.
  • Successful delivery of solutions in a fast-paced, agile organization.
  • Proactive with organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, capable of breaking down complex problems into manageable parts.
  • A history of grit, determination, and resourcefulness, coupled with a strong desire for professional development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without authority.
  • Domain knowledge or a keen interest in Derivatives, FX, and finance.

Location: Malaga, Spain

Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 per year
