This role reports to Sales Support Specialist.
Role and Responsibilities:

Objective of the internship:
Provide technical and commercial support in frequency inverters and PLC's unit.
Tasks to be performed:
Offer a technical and commercial solution to customer needs.
Analyze technical specifications and create a quotation.
Support the team in various actions.
Ensure that inquiries are resolved and provide assistance in necessary escalation.
Work with leaders and the team to detect improvement areas and optimize processes.
Qualifications:
Students of the Bachelor's Degree in Electrical-Electronic or Industrial Engineering.
Languages:
Spanish and English, with a high level of proficiency.
Additional knowledge:
Office package, mainly Excel.
