Job Summary:

Novumgen is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for consistently achieving sales targets and defined commercial objectives set through a strategic planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage commercial programs to maximize sales.
• Work within budgets and use pricing and discount structures effectively.
• Understand market changes and identify threats and opportunities.
• Communicate program impacts to stakeholders and collaborate on changes.
• Build and sustain relationships with key customers and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Experience selling to wholesalers and large pharmacy groups.
• Ability to adapt to changes and build positive relationships.
• Strong presentation, listening, and negotiating skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver's license.
