Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Climate Risk Solutions Sales Leader to drive business growth by cultivating strategic relationships with high-value clients in the Infrastructure/Energy sector. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and addressing client-specific climate risk challenges.

Your expertise in this field will be instrumental in developing tailored solutions and articulating the value proposition of our offerings to senior-level decision-makers. You'll build long-term partnerships, foster strong collaborative relationships, and stay abreast of industry trends.

Requirements
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on complex solutions.
  • 3+ years' experience and deep expertise within Infrastructure/Energy/Renewables (Wind/Solar).
  • Strong understanding of climate change science, impacts, and mitigation strategies and familiarity with corporate sustainability and climate regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 depending on experience, plus benefits such as unlimited personal time, flexible working arrangements, and a compressed work schedule allowing for half-day Fridays during the year.
