About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Global SE&OP Manager to lead our efforts in developing and implementing best-in-class SE&OP processes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective collaboration with sales, engineering, and operations teams.

Main Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a comprehensive SE&OP framework that aligns with company goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, engineering, and operations teams, to ensure seamless execution of SE&OP activities.
• Analyze business data and develop insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
