About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team at PriceLabs. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their success with our revenue management solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of customer issues and see problems through to resolution
  • Conduct product walkthroughs and provide resolutions to customers' queries
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
  • Answer questions over email, phone calls, and live video calls
About You
  • You have a strong analytical background and are proficient in both verbal and written French
  • You have previous experience at a start-up or in a customer support role
  • You are empathetic, patient, and have a problem-solving mindset
