Product Specialist

The Product Specialist - Manual & Robotic is a key role within Stryker Group, responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the joint replacement market.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical product support to end-users, including surgeons and hospital staff, to ensure successful surgical outcomes.
- Train and guide surgeons and hospital staff in the use of Stryker's Mako robot, including setup, breakdown, and related intra-operative activities.
- Use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for assigned cases and assist surgeons in pre-operative implant planning, implant sizing, and positioning.
- Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to the robot independently or escalate matters appropriately.
- Partner with the Field Service team to ensure technical issues are resolved and maintenance is delivered.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Outgoing and persuasive manner, with ability to deal with people who hold differing beliefs or values.
- Confidence and persistence, with patience and self-motivation.
- Analytical and planning skills, with a flexible approach to work to adapt to changes.
- Strong teamwork and networking skills, with commercial and business awareness.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel.
- 0-1 years sales experience with a Diploma in a related field. Higher education advantageous.
- Market knowledge and medical background preferred.
