Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager Italy to join our team. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for developing sales among assigned accounts, generating new business, and implementing sales strategies to drive growth in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercially develop the assigned region, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Comply with commercial objectives set by the Commercial Director and Global Sales Coordinator.
  • Establish business strategies in the assigned region, including market analysis and competitor research.
  • Supervise offers generated in the region, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Manage assigned accounts, visiting clients, anticipating their needs, and collecting vital project information.
  • Use CRM software (Salesforce) to track accounts, contacts, projects, and offers, as well as maintain an active relationship with clients.
  • Participate in negotiations prior to contract signing with clients in the assigned region.
  • Maintain regular communication with country accounts, including weekly meetings or close contact.
  • Provide after-sales service to assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Offer support to other functions and projects in the area.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Italian native or high level, professional English, and valuable Spanish language skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce/Office Suite.
