Your Profile:
* Native or proficient in French (C2)
* Fluent in English (B2)
* Excellent writing and verbal communication skills for non-technical users
* Patience when communicating and solving issues
* Confidentiality in handling data and personal information
* Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
