Job Title: Hssqe Technical Advisor - Senior Compliance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled HSSQE Technical Advisor to join our team in Barcelona. As a Senior Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing specialist functional knowledge in support of operational Health/Safety/Environment/HSE support to site-based activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the execution of the Business Unit HSE strategy with responsibility for implementation monitoring.
  • Provide cross-functional advice and guidance for implementation of site Health/Safety/Environment/HSE management requirements.
  • Prepare and compile Health/Safety/Environment/HSE improvement plans and report on performance to Health/Safety/Environment/HSE Business Partner with recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify high HSE risk activities and prioritize improvement actions.
  • Maintain awareness of new legislation and developments affecting HSE and ensure that work is completed in compliance with current standards.

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong understanding of Health/Safety/Environment/HSE principles and practices. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively engage with stakeholders across the organization.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of €65,000 - €85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits such as:
