Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Green Eagle Solutions. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
• Provide 24/7 phone and email support for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
• Troubleshoot systems to determine technical issues and implement fixes within established SLA guidelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
• Offer assistance in using our systems to users
• Monitor server status to identify opportunities for performance improvement and execute preventive maintenance tasks to ensure maximum performance and minimize incidents
Requirements
• Technical degree in IT or engineering, or equivalent experience in system administration and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in industrial communication protocols (IEC104, Modbus...), OS management (Microsoft and Linux), and database management (Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Availability to work in rotating overnight shifts
