Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Green Eagle Solutions S.L. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Your excellent communication skills and technical expertise will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 phone and email support for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot systems to identify technical issues and implement fixes within established SLA guidelines.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Offer assistance in using our systems to users, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization.
- Monitor server status to identify opportunities for performance improvement and execute preventive maintenance tasks to minimize incidents.

Requirements
- Technical degree in IT or engineering, or equivalent experience in system administration and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in industrial communication protocols (IEC104 Modbus), OS management (Microsoft and Linux), and database management (Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL).
- Strong customer-oriented skills, with excellent communication skills in English (C1 level).
- Availability to work in rotating overnight shifts.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in SCADA systems and the energy sector.
- Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools, including ticket management and tracking systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce Service Cloud).
