Strategic Business Support Manager

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) role at Lc Bigmak Burger Inc. is a high-level support position that requires exceptional organizational, administrative, and communication skills. As the primary point of contact for the COO, you will manage their schedule, emails, calls, and correspondence efficiently.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the COO's calendar, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and documents for meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
- Assist in developing sales strategies and materials aligned with the COO's directives
- Maintain client relationships and provide support for key accounts as needed
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 2 years of experience in sales or sales-related roles
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- The ability to analyze sales data and create reports or presentations
- Adaptability, resourcefulness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
