About World Business Lenders
As a leading provider of short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans, World Business Lenders is seeking an experienced Account Relationship Manager to join our team. Based in the United States, we cater to small and medium-sized businesses that require access to traditional funding.
This is a remote Contract/Consultant position with working hours between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The successful applicant will be responsible for initiating and maintaining relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers, and other similar entities to generate referrals of borrowers from these sources. They will also pursue leads assigned by the company via phone and email, collaborate with internal departments and management to support files process through the pipeline, and maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
To excel in this role, you will need at least 2 years of recent loan sales origination experience in the lending industry or a similar field. You must have exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, with 100% fluency in English required. Microsoft Office proficiency is essential, with experience in Teams preferred.
