Role Overview

As a Commercial Hospitality Manager at Red Bull, you will be responsible for driving the distribution and sales of our product portfolio in key accounts. You will plan, develop, and execute measures to intensify consumption in existing On Premise locations and identify opportunities for growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with business partners, including outlet owners/managers, F&B managers, and distribution partners.
  • Build affinity and understanding of the Red Bull brand and products within your network.
  • Deliver excellence with Red Bull's premium brand image in all activities and execution.
  • Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to leverage business success.
  • Master the On Premise universe by staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge, trends, and new opportunities.
  • Negotiate win/win partnership agreements that add value to both Red Bull's business and customer's business.
  • Drive and expand the business by identifying the right sales and marketing occasions in which Red Bull should be present.

Requirements
  • Previous key account management experience.
  • Well networked with a strong network in the hospitality and/or FMCG industries.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-energy, fast-paced, field-based environment.
  • Social Chameleon with excellent communication and presentation skills.
