Brand Ambassador: Commercial Manager for the Hospitality Industry

Main Responsibilities:


As a Musketeer, you will be responsible for driving the current and future distribution and sales of our product portfolio in key accounts, including Catering, QSR, Casual Dining, Hotel, and Casinos.


You will establish and nurture relationships with business partners, including outlet owners/managers, F&B managers, bar staff, distribution partners, and key influencers.


Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to leverage business success and build your personal reputation within the local scene.


Requirements:



  • Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players, and business partners.
  • Master the On Premise universe by staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge, trends, and new opportunities.
  • Negotiate win/win partnership agreements that add value to both Red Bull's business and customer's business.
  • Drive and expand the business by identifying the right sales and marketing occasions in which Red Bull should be present.
  • Experienced salesperson, in negotiation and budget management.
  • Well networked, with previous experience in the hospitality and/or FMCG industries.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Social Chameleon, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish written and spoken, ideally fluent English written and spoken.
