Commercial Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Pull Zona Norte to join our team at Aliaxis Iberia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, servicing, and growing the assigned customer portfolio in the established geographic area, driving sales and company objectives through the assigned channel.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all existing accounts and prospect for new accounts.
- Increase the number of customers in the region.
- Promote cross sales with the rest of the SPS organisation and projects.
- Collaborate with the Prescription department on medium and small engineering projects and offers.
- Promote the Aliaxis brand with all the portfolio.
- 3 years sales experience or installations.
- 3 years similar position.
- Driving License.
- English basic level.
- Exceptional commercial and technical skills, combined with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a B2B manufacturing organisation.
- Strong business skills and knowledge of sales, marketing, and commercial channels.
- Balance between determination and perseverance and empathy.
- Strong initiative, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Experience as an ERP user (preferably SAP).
- Fluency in Spanish. English B1.
- Most of the time working on visits and in continuous contact with customers, on the road during client calls and on business trips.
- The employee will often attend corporate business meetings or external offices.
- Employee will be exposed to travel for a significant number of hours per week.
- The employee may occasionally be exposed to moderate physical activity.
- Employee will be required to domestic (Spain & Portugal) travel 60% of the time.
- Employee may need to regularly visit other locations for internal and external meetings.
