Head of Data Strategy

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Data to lead our data strategy and operations at the holding level.
As the Head of Data, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the company's data platform.
Collecting and processing the data from multiple business units, to provide different data products used by Machine Learning, Data Science, and Analytics teams.
You will work closely with senior leadership, business units, and technology teams to harness the power of data and drive innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement a Comprehensive Data Strategy: Align with the company's business goals and growth objectives.
- Lead the Design, Implementation, and Maintenance of a Robust Data Infrastructure: Ensure data scalability, reliability, and security.
- Establish and Enforce Data Governance Policies and Standards: Ensure data quality, integrity, privacy, and compliance.
- Collaborate with Data Science Team: Provide needed data products.
- Foster a Data-Centric Culture: Promote the use of data analytics and insights in decision-making processes.
- Manage and Mentor a Team of Data Professionals: Include data scientists, analysts, engineers, and governance specialists.
- Drive the Adoption of Advanced Machine Learning and AI Technologies: Enhance our products and services.
- Ensure Compliance with Relevant Data Protection Regulations and Industry Best Practices.
- Establish and Maintain Partnerships: With external data providers, technology vendors, and research institutions.
- Monitor and Report on Key Data Metrics: Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree: In Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 6+ Years of Experience: In data management, analytics, or a related role, with a proven track record of leading data initiatives at a senior level.
- Strong Understanding of Data Architecture: Data governance, and data management best practices.
- Experience with Big Data Technologies: Cloud platforms, and data warehousing solutions.
- Proficiency in Data Analytics: Machine learning, and AI frameworks and tools.
- Excellent Leadership and Management Skills: Inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong Business Acumen: Translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of the AdTech Industry: Advertising technologies is highly desirable.
- Experience with Regulatory Compliance: Related to data protection and privacy.
