Job Description:Luxury Events Sales ManagerThis role involves implementing and executing all revenue-generating activities from weddings, social events, and meetings. You will arrange familiarization/site inspection trips to the hotel for major clients and widen the corporate client base from the given portfolio. Your primary goal is to drive revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue from weddings, social events, and meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless event experiences
Required Skills and Qualifications:Event Sales ExperienceA minimum of one year of experience in event sales, preferably in the luxury setting, is required. You should have excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and be able to communicate effectively with high-end profile customers. Additionally, you should have experience working with event agencies or wedding planners and/or possess F&B background knowledge.
