Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Native Dutch Speaker

Location: Remote or On-Site

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
  • Weekly Hours: 39 hours

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information through various communication channels.
  2. Offer product and service details, and assist with troubleshooting.
  3. Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases as needed.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
  5. Foster customer satisfaction with friendly and professional communication.
  6. Work closely with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  1. Native Dutch speaker with strong English language skills.
  2. Experience in customer service is a plus.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work flexible hours within a Monday-to-Friday schedule.
  5. Strong team player with effective time management skills.
