Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs). The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Swedish, as well as proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Familiarity with electric vehicles and IT platforms, equipment, and applications, including Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration, is also desired.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or automated alerts, and addressing user needs efficiently. You will also be required to maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and products, particularly those tailored to individual customer applications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and call details
- Escalating potential service issues to senior team members as needed
- Collaborating with the team on specific projects and participating in regular team meetings
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by management to ensure continued service performance, quality, and customer satisfaction
