Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilled and professional manner.
  • Analyze consumer problems and offer individual solutions.
  • Offer an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by New Balance.
  • Embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

  • A fluent level of Portuguese with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
  • A high level of English (both written and spoken).
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • The ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of €13.538,46 gross per year.
