Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilled and professional manner.
- Analyze consumer problems and offer individual solutions.
- Offer an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media.
- Develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by New Balance.
- Embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador.
Requirements
- A fluent level of Portuguese with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
- A high level of English (both written and spoken).
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- The ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of €13.538,46 gross per year.
