Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Technical Support

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Jujur. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone and email
  • Log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution to the customer
  • Solve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledge
  • Maintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to users
  • Progress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system
  • Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress
  • Monitor / progress all open queries in queue
  • Escalate potential service issues to appropriate level

Requirements:

  • Native / fluent in Swedish both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
  • 1 year in a customer service environment, preferably technical support
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Advanced IT knowledge in signal path connectivity, wireless networking, music and audiovisual products
  • Windows and Mac environment literate
  • Excellent customer care knowledge and awareness
  • Ability to implement and manage changes in processes
