Global Payroll Transformation Manager

We are seeking a skilled Global Payroll Transformation Manager to join our team at Volotea. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of our end-to-end payroll service delivery process, driving efficiency, standardization, and automation across different countries and employee groups.
Key responsibilities include assessing current payroll procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices and streamlined workflows. You will collaborate with other HR areas, Finance, IT, Operations, and other stakeholders to gather payroll requirements and coordinate processes.
Additionally, you will develop payroll policies and guidelines, ensuring consistency and compliance, and ensure data accuracy and timely payroll processing and reporting. You will also monitor payroll performance and metrics, identifying trends and making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Labour Relations, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Manager in a multi-country operations company working with local payroll providers.
- Proven experience leading payroll transformation initiatives.
- Strong waterfall project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate complex cross-functional projects.
- Familiarity with HR systems and their integration and connectivity with payroll systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading teams.
- Fluent English & Spanish.
