Join Our Team as a Global Payroll Transformation Manager

At Volotea Alaeo Sl, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll Transformation Manager to lead our payroll transformation initiative. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for driving efficiency, standardization, and automation across our global payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the transformation of our end-to-end payroll service delivery process, ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather payroll requirements and coordinate processes, ensuring seamless integration with our HR systems.
  • Develop and implement payroll policies and guidelines, ensuring consistency and compliance across all countries and employee groups.
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure payroll professionals have the necessary skills to support our global payroll operations.
  • Monitor payroll performance and metrics, identifying trends and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Generate payroll reports and presentations to provide insights and support decision-making to senior management and work peers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Labour Relations, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Manager in a multi-country operations company working with local payroll providers.
  • Strong waterfall project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate complex cross-functional projects.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and their integration and connectivity with payroll systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
