We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Expert to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our revenue operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and optimizing our sales and marketing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue across all channels, including sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
  • Design and implement scalable processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity of our customer-facing units.
  • Work closely with finance and executive teams to forecast revenue, analyze sales pipeline, and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Implement and manage sales and marketing technology stack, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of working experience in revenue operations, sales operations, ideally at SMB SaaS companies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams for at least 2 years.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
