At Docplanner Group, we're on a mission to make the healthcare experience more human. As a key player in our revenue operations team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Revenue Operations professional to lead and mentor a team of 12 experts. As the Head of Revenue Operations, you'll establish a best practice framework, develop strategies to maximize revenue across all channels, and implement scalable processes to drive productivity in our customer-facing units.

Your Impact:

  1. Be a trusted advisor to our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams, driving strategic decision-making and providing insights and guidance.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation across all channels, including sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
  3. Design and implement scalable processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity of our customer-facing units.
  4. Work closely with our finance and executive teams to forecast revenue, analyze sales pipeline, and drive strategic decision-making.
  5. Implement and manage our sales and marketing technology stack, including Salesforce and HubSpot.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
