Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to join our team at Michael Page International. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales efforts in the international machinery market, focusing on high-value industrial equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing business volumes over €100 million and a strong background in international sales, particularly in machinery and equipment. A good understanding of packaging machinery, printing equipment, and languages such as French or Italian is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage relationships with key customers and negotiate contracts.
  • Analyze market trends and customer segmentation to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the machinery industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits:
Estimated salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum (depending on location and experience). Comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, pension scheme, and performance-related bonuses.
