About the Role:

Olympus, a leading medical technology company, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Clinical Specialist in Urology to join our team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting and educating about our products, as well as providing technical support to medical professionals and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product and Procedure Demonstration: You will have a deep understanding of the therapy area of our products and will be able to confidently advise from a position of knowledge on both the products and procedures.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: You will interact with clinical staff during the pre-sales process to enhance the genuine credibility of our product.
  • Support to Sales Network: You will support and provide assistance to the sales network in the OPDs conducted at the client's premises.
  • Market Studies: You will conduct market studies on our products and their competitors.
  • Continuous Contact with the Market: You will maintain continuous contact with the market and clients to retain customers and identify business opportunities.
  • Technical Analysis: You will participate in the technical analysis of public tenders and description of the offerings.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Health Sciences, Nursing, Biology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Between 1-3 years of previous experience in a clinical role related to urology is highly desirable.
  • Languages: Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for activity tracking and reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Availability: Availability to travel as required for customer visits, conferences, and other business-related events.
