About the Role

Olympus Iberia S.A.U. (OIB) is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist in Urology to promote and educate about our medical devices, providing technical support to medical professionals and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product and Procedure Expertise: The Clinical Specialist must have a deep understanding of the therapy area of our products and confidently advise on both the products and procedures.
  • Technical Support: Provide assistance to the sales network in the operation of our medical devices and procedures.
  • Market Studies: Conduct market studies on our products and their competitors to identify business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain continuous contact with the market and clients to retain customers and identify business opportunities.
  • Event Participation: Participate in conferences and events to promote and showcase the features of our products.
  • Training and Promotion: Deliver training courses on our product line and market trends to the sales network.
  • Daily Activity Management: Monitor and report daily activities using CRM tools to ensure the fulfillment of established objectives.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Health Sciences, Nursing, Biology, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification may be preferred.
  • Experience: Between 1-3 years of previous experience in a clinical role related to urology is highly desirable.
  • Languages: Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for activity tracking and reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify business opportunities and provide solutions.
  • Learning Ability: Ability to learn and adapt to new products and procedures.
  • Availability: Availability to travel as required for customer visits, conferences, and other business-related events.
