About the Role

Olympus, a leading medical technology company, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Clinical Specialist in Urology to join our team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting and educating about our products, as well as providing technical support to medical professionals and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product and Procedure Demonstration: Provide in-depth knowledge of our products and procedures to medical professionals and sales teams.
  • Demonstration Equipment: Manage product inventory, oversee stock levels, and collaborate with the Purchasing department to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Training, Promotion, Relationship Building, and Representation: Attend conferences, deliver training courses, and participate in sales division meetings to promote our products and build relationships with customers.
  • Daily Activity Management and Reporting: Monitor and report daily activities using CRM tools to ensure the fulfillment of established objectives.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Health Sciences, Nursing, Biology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Between 1-3 years of previous experience in a clinical role related to urology is highly desirable.
  • Languages: Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for activity tracking and reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Learning Ability: Ability to learn and adapt to new products and technologies.
  • Availability to travel: Willingness to travel as required for customer visits, conferences, and other business-related events.
