As a key member of our sales division, you will play a crucial role in promoting and educating about our medical devices, as well as providing technical support to medical professionals and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Product and Procedure Demonstration: Interact with clinical staff during the pre-sales process to enhance the credibility of our products.
- Support and Assistance: Provide assistance to the sales network in operating procedure demonstrations conducted at client premises.
- Product Knowledge: Possess detailed knowledge of assigned products and procedures, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of competitors.
- Marketing and Coordination: Participate in coordinating marketing plans and action plans alongside divisional product managers.
- Market Studies: Conduct market studies on Olympus products and their competitors.
- Customer Retention: Maintain continuous contact with the market and clients to retain customers and identify business opportunities.
- Tender Analysis: Participate in the technical analysis of public tenders and description of offerings.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Health Sciences, Nursing, Biology, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Between 1-3 years of previous experience in a clinical role related to urology is highly desirable.
- Languages: Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for activity tracking and reporting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
