About the Role

The Clinical Sales Representative plays a crucial role in supporting assigned accounts at a territory or regional level. Driven by account planning and customer needs, the CSR executes sales strategies to drive business growth. This position is part of our Urology division, operating in the Cataluña area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to annual strategic planning by providing detailed business intelligence for assigned accounts.
  • Support Regional Sales Managers in understanding account needs and expectations to develop effective account strategies.
  • Provide clinical support and training to medical personnel and field staff.
  • Identify and manage sales opportunities derived from clinical support.
  • Maintain market share at Boston Scientific accounts through excellent product servicing and education.
Requirements and Qualifications

We seek a proactive candidate with at least 2-3 years of experience in a clinical or sales role within the healthcare sector. A high and fluent English level (B2 or higher) is essential, along with previous experience in operating rooms. Key skills include:

  • Business Planning: contribution to sales planning, account strategy, and business development.
  • External Network & Relationship Management.
  • Sales Execution: influencing techniques, tender management, deal making, and negotiation.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
