About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers.
The Impact You'll MakeAs a Sales Representative, you'll have a significant impact on both health and financial outcomes for our customers. By providing recommendations and education around Arjo's portfolio of solutions, you'll contribute to supporting increased quality of life.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide sales expertise in dealing with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- Becoming a resilient seller, driven with enthusiasm and hunger for success, consistently meeting challenging targets and demands from both internal and external customers.
- Identifying future opportunities for yourself and the team to support Arjo growth plans, effectively using CRM systems to plan and follow up on business leads.
- Adapting styles and approaches as an effective negotiator to enable clients to relate to you, promoting the "value added" services which Arjo offers.
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Computer literacy; familiarity with information technology concepts, personal computers, Microsoft Windows operating system, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and exercising discretion in all business dealings.
