Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Director to lead our sales efforts in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships that accelerate the expansion of our global network.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior B2B sales leadership, with expertise in complex solution/service-led sales. You will be responsible for remotely managing and motivating a business development team to achieve sales targets and grow our network quickly, profitably, and in the right locations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your business development skills to identify, contact, and pitch prospective partners through various activities, including networking and cold calling.
  • Sell our range of partnership solutions to all prospects, converting interest into commercial negotiations and securing board approval for new partnership deals.
  • Conduct due diligence with prospective partners and work with our legal team to finalize and sign development agreements.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need senior B2B sales leadership experience, a business development background, and strong financial acumen. A flexible and broad-minded approach, as well as the ability to work under pressure, are essential qualities for this position.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately €120,000-€180,000, depending on experience.
