Job Summary
As a Customer Success Representative at Liferay, you will serve as the primary point-of-contact for our clients in Spain. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with their Liferay subscription. You will be responsible for resolving issues related to our support or services, identifying opportunities to expand Liferay's use and application in an organization, and working with sales representatives to close such opportunities. You will also be responsible for renewals and assisting in communicating new feature requests or product improvements from customers to the Liferay Product Management team. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, and the ability to understand business requirements communicated by customers and put them in writing. You will also need to be fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken, and have a deep technical background. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Liferay's customers in Spain
- Resolve issues related to our support or services
- Identify opportunities to expand Liferay's use and application in an organization
- Work with sales representatives to close such opportunities
- Assist in communicating new feature requests or product improvements from customers to the Liferay Product Management team
- Renewals

Requirements
- 4 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, with at least two years of experience in a customer-facing role
- An Engineering Degree from a four-year university program or equivalent with deep technical background
- Strong interpersonal skills and strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to understand business requirements communicated by customers and put them in writing
- Ability to translate the language and needs of business people into technical solutions at a high level
- Understanding of the industry dynamics present among customers, especially Open Source business
- Well knowledge of Liferay Product and other portal platforms
- General understanding of the requirements definition process, including wireframes, specifications, and use cases
- Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken
- Additional languages such as Portuguese or French will be highly valued
- Team building skills
