Role Overview

As a Sales Manager with our dynamic team, you will lead a high-performing sales force of 20 sales professionals and 3 team leaders. Your mission is to develop and execute a robust sales strategy that expands our presence within the clinics healthcare market. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from pipeline management to deal closure, and elevate the team's performance through effective coaching and process optimization. Your experience in SaaS sales, preferably in high-growth or in-market environments, will be essential in recruiting top talent, maintaining accurate CRM practices, and fostering a high-performance culture while delivering high-quality work.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that scales our presence within the clinics healthcare market
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from pipeline management to deal closure
  • Elevate the team's performance through effective coaching and process optimization
  • Recruit top talent and maintain accurate CRM practices
