Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated temporary Client Advisor (30H) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a caring, authentic, and passionate sales associate with a passion for style. They will be a powerful communicator, handling clients with personal care and empathy, and putting the client at the center of every decision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act and think first of the client and their experience, with an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs, and expectations of clients.
  • Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
  • Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions.
  • Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.
  • Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, driving individual and team objectives and being accountable for sales results.
  • Be proactively engaged in cross-selling with all departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prove brand and product knowledge.
  • Manage payment operations including returns, refunds, remote sales, and tax-free in a punctual and accurate manner.
  • Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standards, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to ensure a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor.
  • Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, staying up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors.
  • Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
  • Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in sales roles; experience in structured luxury fashion/retail companies is an asset.
  • A passionate approach to retail, customer service, and commercial mindset.
  • Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector and product sensibilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A willingness to grow in the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus.
  • Digital awareness and openness to new ways of working.
  • Brand ambassador with a passion for premium denim and Diesel culture.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus.
  • Strong competencies in decision-making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, focus on customer, and execution.
