About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Reserve Account Executive in Cataluña. As a key member of our On-Trade sales team, you will play a crucial role in building the status, equity, and rate of sale of our premium spirits brands in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and segment outlet universes in the assigned territory, assigning them to relevant categories based on segmentation guidelines and recording them through our CRM tool.
  • Visit outlets in the assigned territory to drive distribution of our Diageo brands, identifying partnership opportunities and negotiating agreements based on company guidelines.
  • Implement execution standards in line with minimum execution standards as defined by customer marketing, including promotional activities and in-outlet performance measurement.
  • Work closely with the Account Manager and distributor's sales team to identify distribution, pouring, and activation opportunities in the territory.
Requirements
  • Ability to manage budget efficiently, ensuring quota gain and a will to win, striving to beat predefined targets.
  • Commercial relationships skills, influencing Diageo customers to achieve win-win outcomes and building long-term, mutually profitable relationships.
  • Executional demeanor, delivering against predefined targets and pursuing additional opportunities.
  • Flexible communication style, adapting to the type of buyer and a sophisticated level of English proficiency.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the On-Trade channel, and proficiency in Spanish.
