Dutch Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch Inbound Sales Agent to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.
Sales Performance: You will be responsible for handling incoming calls from valued customers, providing exceptional customer service, and showcasing our products and services to meet sales targets.
Customer Support: As an Inbound Sales Agent, you will need to be knowledgeable about various aspects of our client, including locations, accommodation options, recreational activities, dining options, and special offers. You will provide accurate and detailed information to customers and assist them in making informed decisions.
Upselling and Cross-selling: In addition to handling inquiries, you will be tasked with upselling and cross-selling additional services or upgrades to customers, including offering premium accommodations, recommending additional activities or dining options, or suggesting add-on packages to enhance the customer's experience.
Booking and Reservation Processing: You will process bookings and reservations for customers, ensuring that all necessary information is collected accurately and that the customer's preferences and requirements are met to the best of your ability.
Customer Concerns and Queries: You may encounter queries, concerns, or complaints from customers during interactions. You will address these issues promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions that meet the customer's needs while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Lead Follow-up: In some cases, you may be responsible for following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources, contacting prospective customers who have expressed interest in our services but have not yet made a booking, with the aim of converting them into paying customers.
Record Maintenance: You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of bookings, inquiries, complaints, and any other relevant information.
Your Profile- You should have high proficiency in Dutch (C2 level).
- Thoroughness, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills are essential.
- You must have at least 1 year's successful initial sales experience.
- You are known for your elocution, adaptability, stress resistance, and good oral communication skills.
- You have solid commercial skills and a positive attitude.
- You are dynamic, a team player, and have good self-control.
- You love challenges.
