**Key Responsibilities:**
- Onboard new customers, setting them up for success in their Infraspeak journey
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical demos and support
- Collect customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
**Your Skillset:**
- Native Spanish speaker, with fluency in English (mandatory) and French (desired)
- Academic background in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electric, or related fields)
- Passion for teaching, with a positive attitude towards challenges
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
