Job Summary

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Liaison at Amazon, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time and with a smile. You will be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where you will be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to resolve issues and set expectations.
  • Empathize with and prioritize customer needs while upholding company values and respecting every customer.
  • Clearly understand and respond appropriately to customer issues, consistently composing grammatically correct and concise written responses.
  • Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome.
  • Work a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule and perform tasks that may require standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators.
