We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.
This role involves providing top-notch support for our B2B products, including Factiva, Dow Jones Risk & Compliance, and Dow Jones Newswires.
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels like phone, email, and web chat. Your goal will be to resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on listening, empathy, and problem-solving. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask with ease.
You'll also be required to follow procedures, meet key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure that all escalated issues are handled efficiently and correctly.
In terms of qualifications, we're looking for someone who is highly proficient in German and English, with a commitment to customer satisfaction. A positive attitude, ability to listen and empathize, and strong attention to detail are essential.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €25,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits, including healthcare plans, paid time off, retirement plans, and family care benefits.
