Overview

The Center for Health and Well-being at IE University is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the academic operations of the Center, including program delivery, student support, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the academic operations of the Center, including program delivery, student support, and administrative tasks.
  • Work closely with the Associate Directors to ensure the successful delivery of academic courses to the Center's stakeholders.
  • Liaise with program management from IE Schools to ensure timely and coordinated enrollment of students.
  • Perform functions of program delivery, including following up with student and faculty questions, managing registrations and grade changes, and providing support for day-to-day class delivery.
  • Support the Center's faculty in training on educational platforms, including Blackboard, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
  • Support the Associate and Academic Director in reporting student progress, course completion, and evaluations.
  • Manage the Well-being Center inbox to respond to academic-related queries from IE Depts and students.
Requirements
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must.
  • Experience in IE systems (Atenea, Power BI, IE Connects, Qualtrics, Teams) is highly preferred.
  • Customer orientation and excellent communication & interpersonal skills, including the ability to actively listen and demonstrate empathy.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects within the same timeframe and under tight deadlines.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Team player, who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with IE's diverse and dynamic ecosystem is highly desirable.
