The Center for Health & Well-being is a hub for holistic and human-centered approaches to developing skills for a fulfilling life. Our mission is to cultivate a caring community that promotes purpose, appreciation, balance, and perspective. We collaborate with the IE community to facilitate opportunities for increased awareness, knowledge, and practice of skills to manage daily challenges.

We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team, focusing on program delivery and support for academic and non-academic offerings. The Coordinator will also have the opportunity to contribute to other projects that align with the Center's objectives.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate academic operations, working closely with Associate Directors to ensure successful delivery of courses to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with program management to ensure timely and coordinated enrollment of students.
  • Perform program delivery tasks, including following up on student and faculty queries, managing registrations, and supporting faculty training on educational platforms.
  • Be the point of contact for day-to-day class delivery issues.
  • Support faculty in using educational platforms, including Blackboard, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
  • Support the Associate and Academic Director in reporting student progress, course completion, and evaluations.
  • Manage the Well-being Center inbox, responding to academic queries and escalating requests to the Academic and Associate Directors.

Supporting Internal and External Visibility

  • Support the Associate Director of Communications & Marketing in organizing and promoting events and non-academic well-being practices.
  • Liaise with student clubs and organizations to enhance event collaborations and synergies.
  • Liaise with relevant departments involved in event organization.

Administrative Support

  • Handle expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Liaise with the Administration Dept to ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Handle occasional travel arrangements for faculty and guests.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Align with the Center's purpose and mission.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Experience with IE systems is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen and demonstrate empathy.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Flexibility to attend events outside regular working hours and work from the Segovia campus.
  • Familiarity with IE's diverse ecosystem is highly desirable.
