**Role Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Global Access Program Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our Pre-Approval Access (PAA) Programs team, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning and execution of PAA Programs worldwide.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Execute triage, tracking, delivery of product, and oversight elements of PAA Programs in compliance with quality standards (Global Regulations and client policies and procedures)
* Support development of PAA Programs and work cross-functionally with Clinical Drug Supply, Clinical Documentation Center, Affiliates, etc., to ensure timely and compliant drug release
* Regularly update Manager on all assigned PAA Programs and provide updates to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Ensure Knowledge Notebook is accurate and current, and support the development of the Rave Database for PAA Programs
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and innovatively
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a global environment
* High level of accountability and attention to detail
