Program Coordinator for Special Projects

IE University is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join its Lifelong Learning Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery and day-to-day management of projects and activities related to IE's corporate programs in the SELA Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with participants, professors, and multiple IE departments to ensure a smooth program experience.
  • Manage communication flows, program logistics, and operations to support faculty members and corporate participants.
  • Support participants in the admission process, registration applications, and enrollment.
  • Assist participants and faculty before, during, and after the program.
  • Liaise with professors to plan program sessions, trips, and ensure timely submission of syllabi and other materials.
  • Collaborate with other IE Departments to ensure a successful participant experience.
  • Proactively learn internal processes, platforms, and tools to deliver top-quality programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Cultural awareness to coordinate a multinational group of stakeholders.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Oriented to detail and well-organized.
  • Solid customer management skills, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
