Program Coordinator, Special Projects MEA

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team at IE Business School. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for the delivery and day-to-day management of projects and activities relating to our corporate programs in the Middle East and other regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with participants, professors, and multiple IE departments to ensure a smooth program experience.
  • Manage communication flows, program logistics, and operations to ensure high standards for our corporate participants.
  • Support faculty members to ensure timely submission of grades, syllabi, and other program materials.
  • Collaborate with other IE departments to ensure a successful participant experience.
  • Proactively learn internal processes, platforms, and tools to deliver top-quality programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Arabic a plus.
  • Cultural awareness to coordinate a multinational group of stakeholders.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Oriented to detail and well-organized.
  • Solid customer management skills, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
