Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Coordinator to join our team at IE Business School. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery and day-to-day management of projects and activities relating to our corporate programs, primarily in the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Program Coordination
  • Coordinate the delivery of corporate programs, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Manage communication flows between participants, professors, and IE departments.
  • Support program logistics and operations, ensuring high standards for corporate participants.
Participant Support
  • Meet with corporate participants to address issues, provide advice, and offer support.
  • Co-manage relationships with class representatives, ensuring a positive participant experience.
  • Support participants facing academic difficulties or challenges within the programs.
Faculty and Departmental Liaison
  • Liaise with professors to plan program sessions and trips.
  • Communicate with professors to resolve participant requests or support program management.
  • Collaborate with other IE departments to ensure a successful participant experience.
Internal Development
  • Proactively learn internal processes, platforms, and tools to deliver high-quality programs.
  • Coordinate with program managers to distribute and align program preparation and delivery.
  • Support program managers and teams to ensure program proposals and deliveries meet expectations.
  • Collaborate and lead initiatives to improve internal processes, templates, and guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Arabic is an asset.
  • Cultural awareness to coordinate multinational groups of stakeholders.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Oriented to detail and well-organized.
  • Solid customer management skills, communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and high level of accountability.
